Terms and Conditions of Mabula Events Organization & Management LLC (Mabula Entertainment)
Welcome to Mabula Events Organization & Management LLC, trading as Mabula Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as “www.mabulaent.ae“). By purchasing tickets or using our services, you, the customer, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Purchase Procedure
1.1 Tickets, vouchers, or registrations can be purchased through the website www.mabulaent.ae directing customers to third party ticketing companies. Purchased can be made using Credit/Debit cards .
- Entry Policy
2.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to meet the entry requirements of the event. www.mabulaent.ae shall not be held liable and will not refund the ticket if Mabula Entertainment or the venue denies entry for any reason, including but not limited to dress code, age restrictions, disruptive behaviour, or non-compliance with government regulations (customers are responsible for staying informed of the latest regulations).
2.2 Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue. Mabula Entertainment reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure safety at the event.
- Ticket Usage
3.1 Each ticket is valid for the specific show, day, time, or session for which it was purchased. It is non-transferable and cannot be used for any other show, day, time, or session.
- Attendance
4.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the event at the correct time and date. No refunds will be issued for non-attended events.
4.2 Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break in the event, but admission is not guaranteed.
4.3 The use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the event organizer.
4.4 Mabula Entertainment, Venue Management, and www.mabulaent.ae accept no responsibility for personal property lost or stolen, or for injuries incurred at the event.
- Ticket Collection
5.1 Upon purchasing a ticket online, the ticketing company will digitally issue an Electronic ticket number, which will be sent to you via email.
5.2 Electronic tickets with scannable QR codes can be presented on any electronic device for entry. A printed copy is optional.
5.3 If tickets have been scanned already, Mabula Entertainment holds the right to refuse entry, even if the person entering is the original ticket purchaser.
5.4 To collect a ticket at the venue, customers might be requested to present:
- Any electronic ticket with a scannable QR Code
- One of the following Identification Documents:
- National ID or Valid Passport
- Valid UAE or International driving license
- Disputes
6.1 All disputes with www.mabulaent.ae are to be resolved through negotiation. In the event of a dispute related to these terms and conditions or site usage, the dispute will be governed and construed by UAE law.
6.2 Litigation, if necessary, must be brought before UAE Courts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Refund Policy
7.1 Mabula Entertainment facilitate the selling of tickets on behalf of third party ticketing companies and promoters who are responsible for event organization and management.
7.2 Mabula Entertainment acts as an intermediary between the customer and the event organizer and follows these rules for ticket refunds unless stated otherwise in the event page:
7.2.1 Customers can apply for a refund in the following scenarios:
- Event cancellation
- Event date change (not time)
- No show of the main artist(s)( Not applicable to festivals)
7.2.2 In all other circumstances, once the customer has collected from www.mabulaent.ae, the printed/electronic ticket which has been sent/given to organizer it is the Promoter’s responsibility to process any refunds according to their refund policy. Mabula Entertainment will not be liable for refunding tickets in such cases.
7.3 All refunds will be subject to a 5% transaction fee.
7.4 To request a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event, please contact us through the support section, providing your transaction number, ticket number, email address, full name, and telephone number.
7.5 In all other cases, customers can request a refund by emailing to info@mabulaent.ae, but the refund is subject to the Mabula Entertainment approval. If the refund approved, it will be processed with a deduction of 5% as a cancellation fee.
7.6 Failure to claim a refund within 6 months after the event’s cancellation date will result in the refund not being reimbursed.
- Data
8.1 By using www.mabulaent.ae and purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and using your data responsibly.
8.2 Mabula Entertainment may use your data, including but not limited to your contact information (email address and phone number), for marketing and promotional purposes, such as sending you information about upcoming events, special offers, and other relevant content. Mabula Entertainment has the right to download database of the event and use it.
8.3 If you wish to opt out of receiving marketing communications from Mabula Entertainment, you can do so at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication or by contacting our customer support.
8.4 We will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
